เช่นเดียวกับสมัยก่อนที่กล่าวหาคนที่เห็นต่างเป็นคอมมูนิสต์และต้องการล้มล้างสถาบัน
คนที่กล่าวหาคนอื่นเช่นนี้สมควรจะต้องได้รับโทษ 112 หรือ 44 มากกว่า เพราะนี่คือคนที่ทำให้สถาบันเสื่อมตัวจริง
ทำออกมาอีกแล้ว เหมือนแผนผังล้มเจ้าที่มันทำมาก่อนหน้านี้และไม่มีจริง

ในช่วง ๒๔ ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา มีการกล่าวหาผมจากช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียต่างๆ ซึ่งมีเนื้อหาคล้อยตามไปในทิศทางเดียวกันว่า ผมอยู่เบื้องหลังการเคลื่อนไหวของนักศึกษาต่อต้านเผด็จการในนามกลุ่มประชาธิปไตยใหม่เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการล้มสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์
ถ้าเหตุเกิดลำพังเพียงโจมตีผมนั้น ผมคงไม่มีความประสงค์จะตอบโต้อันใด เนื่องด้วยการใส่ความอย่างมดเท็จนี้ไม่ใช่เป็นครั้งแรกและหาได้ตั้งอยู่บนความเป็นจริงไม่ หากแต่ครั้งนี้การใส่ความผมกระทบกระเทือนถึงกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่กำลังถามหาประชาธิปไตยด้วยการเผชิญหน้าอย่างกล้าหาญกับกลุ่มพลังอประชาธิปไตย ดังนั้นจึงไม่เป็นธรรมกับพวกเขาเท่าไหร่หากผมจะนิ่งเฉย
ผมขอชี้แจงสามข้อดังนี้ (๑) ผมไม่เคยเข้าร่วม/มีส่วนรู้เห็น หรือก่อการใดๆในขบวนการล้มล้างสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์เลย, (๒) ผมไม่เคยข้องเกี่ยวหรือรับเงินจากคุณทักษิณเพื่อการเคลื่อนไหวทางการเมืองใดๆ และ (๓) ผมไม่เคยยุ่งเกี่ยว/ชักจูงหรือมีอิทธิพลทางความคิดต่อกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่เคลื่อนไหวอยู่ในขณะนี้ใดๆเลย การกระทำของพวกเขาล้วนมาจากเจตจำนงค์อันแน่วแน่และเป็นอิสระของพวกเขาทั้งสิ้น
หากท่านใดมีหลักฐานเป็นอื่น ผมพร้อมเผชิญหน้าอย่างตรงไปตรงมา
ใช่ ผมอยู่ที่หน้าสน. ปทุมวันในช่วงเย็นของวันที่ ๒๔ มิถุนายนจริง แต่ผมไปในฐานะที่ผมเชื่อว่าเป็นฐานะที่สำคัญที่สุดของผม ซึ่งมิใช่ในฐานะนายทุน แต่คือในฐานะมนุษย์คนหนึ่งที่มีสิทธิและอิสระในความคิดความเชื่อของตนเอง ผมเชื่อว่าพวกเขากำลังทำในสิ่งซึ่งเป็นคุณต่อสังคมในระยะยาว ดังนั้นผมจึงไปให้กำลังใจเขาเมื่อพวกเขาเสี่ยงต่อการถูกจับกุมด้วยกฏหมายอธรรมในฐานะมนุษย์คนหนึ่งที่พึงมีให้เพื่อนมนุษย์ด้วยกัน ผมไม่มีส่วนในการกำหนดการเคลื่อนไหวของพวกเขาแม้เพียงน้อยและไม่มีความประสงค์จะทำเช่นนั้น และหากต่อให้ผมมีความประสงค์เช่นนั้นจริงก็คงจะล้มเหลวเพราะกลุ่มบุคคลที่มีหัวใจแข็งแกร่งปานหินผาเยี่ยงนั้น ย่อมไม่ให้ใคจจูงจมูกได้ง่าย หากสิทธิอันชอบธรรมในการแสดงออกซึ่งความคิดความเชื่อและศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ถูกพรากจากพวกเขาไปเพียงเพราะพวกเขามีความเห็นทางการเมืองที่แตกต่างจากผู้มีอำนาจจากการทำรัฐประหาร นั่นย่อมเสมือนสิทธิและศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ของผมถูกพรากไปเช่นกัน

ความยุติธรรม!
การมีส่วนร่วม!

เผด็จการจงพินาศไป ประชาธิปไตยจงเจริญ
There are accusations, in various predominantly conservative social media channels, of me being the supporter of the prodemocracy movement led by a group of students who called themselves the New Democratic Movement. And that they are being used by me to support the ultimate goal of overthrowing the monarchy in Thailand. These accusations attempt to discredit the students who bravely stand up to confront the military junta and uncompromisingly demand the return to democracy. These students are now being held in police custody for their demonstration of resistance against military dictatorship.
This is not the first time I was accused of by such a claim. Nor will it be the last. But this time, to be fair to the students' movement I think I have to deliver my stand to the public at large on these issues, since the accusation is not only direct at me, but at them as well.
There are three things I want to make clear. First of which is that I never know or be a part of any anti-monarchy movement. Second of which is that I've never received funding from Mr. Thaksin or his groups to campaign or work with/for him. And third of which is that I have no influence or whatsoever to the New Democratic Movement. I don't know them in person, except one or two of them who I used to talk very very briefly with on issues that were not at all relevant to the current situation. In short, I have never been involved with the set up, the campaign and the movement of the New Democracy Movement. Their actions represent their own non-conforming and free will. No one can dictate the actions of people who have hearts as strong as theirs.
I stand ready to any evidences suggesting otherwise, or contradicting my above statements.
It is true that I was at the Pra Thum Wan Police Station in the evening of 24th June. I was there not because I puppeted them as accused. I was there as a citizen who has every right to think and believe differently. I believe in them. They are the only hope in this darkest night. And when the authorities threaten to arrest them, I feel, as other hundreds of souls who showed up there that afternoon and through that nightfall, that as a person we could give them what they needed most: encouragement and mental support. If their freedom of speech and their dignity as humans are taken away from them, it is as if my freedom and dignity is taken away from me. That's why I was there. We cannot watch them being taken away by unjust laws so quietly because that is not the kind of democracy we want.
Down with dictatorship, long live democracy!
